In July John’s mother fell and broke her hip resulting in almost seven weeks in hospital. As a result, we thought that our normal summer holiday would have to be forgone. However, she’s a tough nut and, once back at home made good progress so we managed to snatch two weeks in France at the end of September just before the season closed. Weather was a bit mixed but we did have a good time and managed to do some snapping.
