We were fortunate enough to be invited to spend a long May weekend with our neighbours, Paul and Liz, at their house in the Jalon/Xaló valley in Spain. Their house is half way up a steep hillside overlooking the valley and the views are uninterrupted. The weather was great, the food and wine were great (and good value!) and the company was great.
What more could anyone ask?
